Supportive Services for Seniors

The majority of our communities have Service Coordinators.  This service is provided by HUD.  Their role is spend to one-on-one time with you and assess your needs and assist you in scheduling the services you may need. Our service coordinators have working relationships with agencies in the community. They will make referrals to the agencies that can assist you and follow up with you to make sure that your needs have been met.  We are interested in your happiness, wellness and safety.

Medical Emergencies

All our apartments come with either an emergency call system or medical alert.  Some of our buildings have a resident manager that lives on-site. It is our goal to keep you safe and assist you in-case of a medical emergency.
