Daniel K. Barbusio, Executive Director
Daniel K. Barbusio has served Christian Housing for 25 years. He served in the capacity of Controller, Compliance Officer and Director of Property Management. He was appointed Executive Director in July 2016.
​
Prior to that, Barbusio was a an accountant at a Braddock Medical Center for ten years, where he created and served as the Director of the hospital’s Patient Support Network. This network identified patients without a family support system who were in need of encouragement and paired them with hospital employees for comfort and support. He also chaired the hospital’s Continuous Quality Improvement Council and taught customer service and procedures to hospital employees.

Susan D. Nemec, Regional Manager
Board of Directors
Susan D, Nemec is a certified occupancy specialist with over 25 years of service with Christian Housing. She has served in the capacity of Co-Manager of Alexis Manor in Wexford. Sue was appointed regional manager in 2016.

Susan, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, previously worked in the Community Development Department with PNC Bank.
